@Initiate Your role means that you are up for consideration and that, should this not go through, you will be returned to guest. We expect to see you in voice and in game to see if you will integrate well. Be yourself and nothing else. We usually take a period of around 1 month to get a feeling about you, after which all active spawnmasons will vote on making you a brother, and should you pass you will be invited to a lodge in the weekend for the ritual.
