Stuff like the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression is what the government is not allowed to take away from a person, and if they are it is the people's obligation to destroy the government
We will never have a right to food, water, and shelter until infinite energy is figured out
The government redistributes wealth through taxation to provide social services and shared infrastructure that the majority of people agree to be taxed for. I really like having utilities/access to safe roads and parks. Government services have nothing to do with what the government is not allowed to do to you
