You are imposing your views: you believe, as many do, that a host should be the one running the show. Your reasons for that, as much I can see, are nothing but baseless if well-meaning moralizations.
For example I often change my own form when in my mental world to something I call “Mire”. Essentially the form gives me two extra arms and protects me from most types of harm. This change in form provides me with a sense of safety. I’m so used to suddenly changing my form to Mire that I’ve on several occasions gained control over a nightmare by doing so.
I am nothing like my source at all. To a point where I hate watching or hearing about my source. It sucks though because a lot of my headmates love it a lot and we have very little amnesia barriers so I remember them watching it but I wish I had no memory of my source. -Rainbow Dash (he/they)
Hey fellow Rainbow Dash! While I don’t have the same feelings about our source as you do, I just wanted to say that it’s okay to be ambivalent or negative about your source as a fictive. There’s at least one fictive in our system who feels the same way. And for what it’s worth, I know other Dash fictives who are very different from source and also go by he/they, so like, you’re super not alone in feeling this way. If you ever wanna vent to another Dash, our mail’s open - Rainbow Dash (she/her)

For some context, the dragoness is me (hi!~) and the cheetah is my hostie! I'm a nudist, so that's why I'm naked.
Circe, she's .. sort of part succubus, she smells like pure undiluted erotica.
