Rules 1. Use common sense. 2. No griefing SpawnMason projects. 3. No harming another Brother. 4. Keep our projects and crucial information secret. 5. Follow Discord TOS. About Rule 3 No harming another brother. Respect each other and their blocks. Inappropriate behaviour can lead to trial and vote to kick only when @Worshipful deems it necessary. This is a serious card to play so don’t joke around with it. (edited)

Regulations Meetings Meetings take place on Saturdays at 22 GMT (5pm EST), and are to be started by @Worshipful. Group business and affairs can be brought up and discussed at meetings following initiations. The holy furnace should be burning while the meeting is going on. Typically located close to spawn, all lodges are to be attended in-game and may be destroyed following the meeting’s conclusion. Voting
  • Voting on an @Initiate is done in #applicant-council after discussion. If voted successfully after 24h, the person will be initiated in-game at the next possible meeting.
  • Lodge decisions can be made when the people present approve, but for anything impactful a formal vote must be made in #lodge-votes and given 24h. Ideally, the 24h will end during the meeting.
Voting Thresholds Lodge votes: 50% Promotions: 80% Returning Masons If you leave the SpawnMasons and are a returning brother, we will re-vote on you and, if accepted, you will not need to be re-initiated.

Initiates In order to become a @SpawnMason, you must be made an initiate and voted on. To become an @Initiate, a @Guest must be vouched for by two existing Spawnmasons at a meeting. If several members object and it is clear that the initiate will be denied no matter what they do, we will not give @Initiate to begin with. After about a month we will discuss in #applicant-committee and If the vote passes, they will get the @Approved Initiate rank, and be initiated by a @Worshipful at a meeting. It is compulsory to be at the lodge for your initiation. Bases & Projects A base or project is regarded as a SpawnMason base or project only if it is intended to be as such, however, when being well aware that you are griefing the efforts of another brother, we consider this to be harming a fellow brother. Project Leaders Any @SpawnMason can become the leader of a group project inside or outside of the game. Past projects included building bases, transmuting spawn, programming a Mason website, hosting a server, and making a lodge. It is the project leader’s responsibility to see through the project that they are in charge of. A lodge builder can invite third parties to the location and may choose whether the build gets destroyed or not. (edited)

Bringing and removing guests Discussed in #spawnmason or at meeting, if multiple people want this person to be a guest and there is no multiple, heavy objection, @Guest can be given. If at any point this is no longer satisfied or the guest goes inactive they can be kicked. Guests are never subject to a formal vote. If there is enough opposition, they will simply be removed. What to tell friends that ask to get in To most people: you cant To the people you think ever make a chance and actually want to help: We contact people, you cannot apply Our requirements are quite loose but what we look for are people that -have done and still do exceptional things on 2b (this could be highly technical, organisational, aesthetic, ...) -are actively playing and are likely to keep playing in the long run -want to join us for meetings at spawn (Saturday 22 GMT) and build with us until the heat death of the universe -want to learn to know our group and talk in voice In the end we are a brotherhood, a group of friends, so in order to join you need to become a friend. Limitations for @Worshipful Protocols are in #worshipful for adding guests or initiates. The needed votes are followed for approving initiates or kicking people. Worshipfuls lead the group in faith but for any big changes a vote should be held. Non-routine changes can be done after asking #spawnmason chat, or proposing in lodge and having people's approval. No votes for minor things like adding a text channel, deleting messages or giving @DJ rank Only in an emergency will we act out of term. use yer brain (edited)
