okay, now it's morning, so i guess i have time. So the difficult part is the Mayonnaise, of cause. So if you're not into difficult cooking this recipe is gonna be very simple and short and you might as well just dump some mayonnaise on your potatoes

So first a list of ingredients... I'm skipping most quantities here because they can be varied a lot. so you need at least 2 egg yokes. maybe 3 or even 4 if you fuck up. some vegetable oil (olive, rapeseed.... any really, as long as it's liquid doesn't matter that much if you put in garlic but if you don't i'd recommend a neutral tasting one) a shit ton of garlic (optional of cause) salt some yoghurt you gonna need however many potatoes you want to eat (hard boiling, or else you're gonna end up with mashed potatoes) a hard boiled egg if you wanna maybe some pickles one or two tomatoes onion (maybe a mild one) so, you are gonna start by boiling your potatoes until they're done... I don't know if you want to peel them first and cut them into slices or make the mayonnaise first. it really doesn't matter too much, but you're gonna get a nicer result if the potatoes are warm when you mix all. To get nice thin and even slices i use an egg cutter. might sound weird, but it usually works for me. i got one with wire, so that might help... idk didn't try with any other so now to the hard part. the Mayonnaise. so you take your two egg yokes and a hand mixer or hand blender... both should work fine. so you mix the egg yokes until they are a little foamy (not too much) and then start by adding your oil drop by drop and keep mixing. it is important to start adding it slow or else it will curdle. you need to mix in the oil you added, before adding more. this really works best with one person mixing and one slowly adding oil. once you get a nice little paste you can start adding it teaspoon by teaspoon, but dot get too brave or else you'll make it curdle.... seriously I've made mayonnaise many times before and fucked it up yesterday... so now I should tell you what to do if it curdles. you pour the curdled, failed mayonnaise into a bowl or use a different bowl to make your mayonnaise in... put in the next egg yoke and start again, but instead of adding oil, you add your failed mayonnaise. it'll work, but you need to be at least as careful as with the oil. once you are satisfied with the amount of raw mayonnaise you got you might add the anti vampire fruit (garlic). you can chop, squish or if you use a hand blender drop it in whole, which is what i did. now put in a few spoons of yoghurt. if you like your mayonnaise oily and hard you skip this step, but in my expirience it tastes better with yoghurt. now make it quite salty.... since the potatoes are peeled, any salt you might have used for cooking is lost, so don't use any.... and thus the potatoes are not salty at all, sou you need to oversalt the mayonnaise to not have it be too boring... or if you have like high blood pressure.... uuuh... don't. now you cut the onion, if you want to add it and throw it on your pile of hopefully intact potatoe slices, pour the mayonnaise on... maybe even the pickles and the hard boiled egg, but IMO those are more of a decoration. Mix it together, carefully. Reminder here, that we are making potato salad, not mashed potatoes. now put the tomato, on top. maybe cut like slices or funny shapes. give it a scary face.... it's up to you. and maybe now put your pickles, or whats left of them and the hard boiled egg, preferably cut into slices (if you're not a savage), on top and let the stuff sit for an hour. you can cool it but right before eating you don't have to... And than you need to annihilate it with your teeth.
